Meet the Chief Strategic Samurai, Kymberlee Weil

Kymberlee is a lifelong athlete. Since the age of seven, she played softball as a pitcher, playing on US traveling teams that earned 1st place at many National competitions. In her junior year of high school, Kymberlee was given a full ride scholarship to attend the University of Hawaii and pitch for the Women’s Softball team where she was recognized with a Scholar Athlete of the Year award in her senior year. While at UH, she majored in Health and Exercise Science and was named NCAA Woman of the Year in 1994.

With exercise in her blood, Kymberlee ventured into the world of business to pursue her passion for business and strategy and completed her Masters of Business Administration at Pepperdine University in 2000. While attending Pepperdine, Kymberlee entered the world of computers and wrote two sought after books on Flash technology. Not interested in sleeping much, Kymberlee also became the Director of the Flashforward Conference and Film Festival where her love of technology and business grew deeper.

Bringing the dedication, perseverance and focus required to excel in sports to her business ventures has been a hallmark of her success. Currently Kymberlee is the Co-Founder and President of introNetworks, a software as a service company based in Santa Barbara, California. She works with clients to discover how they can strategically accelerate and expand their business potential through effective use of the patented software platform that she and her team have developed. Kymberlee is also the Co-Producer of TEDxAmercianRiviera, an independently organized TED event.

Starting in 1991 and continuing through today, Kymberlee is a Martial Artist. She has experience in a variety of styles ranging from Muay Thai, Jeet Kun Do, Kali and Escrima to Traditional Japanese Sword Fighting and the Korean Martial Art of Dynamic Circle Hapkido where she has earned her Third Degree Black Belt.

It is this combination of Martial Arts and Strategy fused with her passion for consistently breaking through her own barriers that has led Kymberlee to start StrategicSamurai.com and change the world, one breakthrough at a time.
